Mas madalas nalilimutan ko inumin. .kaya di ako nag sisi to try this product. Naging mas madali ang lahat. In 1 softgel nandyan na lahat ng kailangan ko. From vitc, Grapeseed gluta and collagen. Tinetake ko yan lahat before pero iba ibang tablet. Andami need laklakin araw-araw. . With this one, isang inuman lang. Ang daming gluta at Collagen kumakalat ngayon. Pero eto lang ang nakita ko na may pinakamataas na content kaya sobrang sulit na sa presyo. Taking this product, feeling ko ang bata2 ko parin. My biggest challenge is in taking it regularly, i need to set my cp alarm... at first i am hesitant to take Gluthathione as i am not sure if the product is effective. I have taken Gluta before but the effect takes longer and i feel bloated or getting fat plus other brands are expensive. I have been pleasantly surprised. I initially bought this product to help with dry skin and brittle nails, which I have seen a little difference with. What I didn’t expect was the help it’s provided with bladder control.
After carrying several babies, I started experiencing some bladder issues - typically when laughing hard or some other strenuous activities (heaven forbid I join the kids in the trampoline...). My doc and I have discussed surgical options - but I just wasn’t ready to go that route.
I started taking the collagen supplement and noticed a difference in that area within a week. I ran out and forgot to order more, and it reverted back within a few days. I started taking the supplements again - and was able to gain back the control.
I realize this may not help everyone in this way - and maybe it won’t help me long term - but it’s helping now and so worth every dime. I’m so happy with this unexpected side effect!!

In my research, I found that fish collagen is the most easily used by the body because the molecules are very small. Fish collagen contains only collagen 1. So I am taking 1/2 of the recommended daily dose of this fish collagen and also 1/2 of the recommended daily dose of a supplement that has collagen 1 & 2. I am 69 years old, and "my apples" fell. If you watch commercials, this is when your pudgy, youthful cheeks seem to fall down to the sides of your chin.Having taken the collagen 1 & 2 and in the last 4 weeks adding this collagen 1, my "apples" are moving back to where they belong. At this point, I have half an "apple" back in my cheeks, and the other half still at the chin, but it's a work in progress. At almost 70 years of age, I don't have any wrinkles at all, so even if I have to be happy with half an apple, it's still not too bad.

I never believed in the hype of collagen because I'm still young and I should have lots of energy along with the natural ability of renewed energy but my job has taken a toll on my body and my the joints around my hands have been suffering. I had to go to the doctors for some pain in my wrist only to be told that it was tendinitis and I just had to lay off the strain I was putting on my wrists and do some hand exercises. Yeah, I thought "wtf is that supposed to mean??" so a friend of mine told me that her husband had sort of carpal tunnel on his shoulder and she gave him some collagen to help with that and suggested I try the same since my symptoms started because of repetitive movements. It's not like I could quit my job or anything to follow doctor's orders.
Now I'm on my third bottle of this stuff because it actually works. I only need a pill a day and my joints feel perfectly fine. If I happen to eat something that has collagen naturally then I won't take it but it's not too often that I can skip it. I completely forgot I was running out and ordered another bottle too late to have it before I ran out and I felt my wrists weakening for the few days I went without it. Another thing I do remember happening is how my nails started growing faster. They still break easily but within a week they're back to being really long. I'm not sure if it did anything to my hair because I have been doing something else to get back the curl pattern that I used to have before I started frying my hair with heat for a while. Any reduction of frizz or hair strength can't be completely connected to my taking these collagen supplements.
